Mountain Mama does not charge a
handling fee. However customers pay for their own
shipping. I use UPS. If you have your
own UPS account number I can bill shipping to that
account number.
Invoices are due prior to shipping, unless you already
have an account with us, in which case it is due 30-days
after shipping. I can either mail invoices to you
or e-mail them, just let me know your preferred method
of receiving them. We also have the option to
allow customers to pay their invoices on line with a
major credit card. This works out well for new
customers.
We always confirm the orders either by phone, fax or
e-mail. We also let you know when the
products ship and then give you a tracking number.
